The Clason Food Market & Incubator arises from new development in the South Bronx that poses questions about the certain needs for the community. The selection of the site by the studio stems from the new ferry terminal to arrive to Clason Point in 2019. Due to a need for greater fresh foods resources, the studio was tasked with designing a food market and food kitchen incubator to become a resource for economic and sustainable growth in the community.
